A Yale Visit: YAA Convocation, Pills2Me, and Mory’s Dinner
November 20-21, 2025 was a short but fun-filled Yale visit for YCN’s President, David Yeo, and Treasurer, Leslie Asanga. In addition to attending the annual YAA Convocation on campus and celebrating business wins for Leslie’s company, Pills2Me, David and Leslie also invited our Nevada undergrads to a well-earned YCN-sponsored dinner at Mory’s.
YAA Assembly & Yale Alumni Fund Convocation
The annual YAA Assembly and Yale Alumni Fund Convocation celebrates volunteer leaders from all over the world.
This year, David and Leslie proudly represented Yale Club of Nevada.
Take a look at these dapper gents! 🤩
Pills2Me 💊
YCN’s Treasurer, Leslie Asanga, is also the founder and CEO of Pills2Me, an innovative tech company that delivers prescriptions to patients (the DoorDash of prescriptions, if you will).
As a working pharmacist and student at Yale’s School of Public Health during the COVID pandemic lockdown, Leslie saw a need to help get prescriptions to the elderly and immunocompromised. With initial funding from entrepreneurship program InnovateHealth Yale and mentorship from Google, Leslie successfully launched his company in 2020, and by 2025 has now expanded into multiple states.
The company’s innovation and success has earned a place on the “BIG IDEAS START HERE” wall at the Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale (Tsai CITY), alongside some brands you may be familiar with, such as FedEx, fitbit, and Pinterest.
During this visit, David and Leslie were able to visit the wall and get a shot of this well-deserved recognition. Well done, Leslie! 👏
Dinner at Mory’s
While on campus, David and Leslie took the opportunity to treat many of the Yale undergrads from Nevada to a YCN-sponsored dinner at Mory’s. In addition to David and Leslie meeting the students, it was also an opportunity for some of the students to meet each other for the first time. Good times! 🎉
